Welcome to Guidde. By accessing or using https://guidde.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Guidde is an AI-powered prayer preparation tool that generates scripture-grounded prayer points using the King James Version (KJV) Bible. The Service is available via web browser on any device.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free & Pro Plans

Guidde offers a Free plan (3 prayer generations per day) and a Pro plan (up to 100 per day). We reserve the right to change plan limits, pricing, or features at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own original scholarly or theological work.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. AI-Generated Content

Prayer points generated by Guidde are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended as a preparation aid, not a replacement for personal prayer, pastoral counsel, or theological study. While we strive for scriptural accuracy:

  • AI output may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Scripture references should be verified against a physical or digital KJV Bible.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is suitable for every doctrinal tradition.

6. Intellectual Property

The Guidde brand, design, and codebase are owned by us. The King James Version Bible text is in the public domain. Prayer content you generate is yours to use, share, and distribute freely — we claim no ownership over your generated prayers.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidde and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
